Services

  • Do you provide airport transfer services?
    Yes, we offer reliable airport transfer services to and from Exeter Airport which you can book in advance to ensure availability. Transfers or pick ups from other airports can be discussed.
  • Do you offer eco-friendly taxi options?
    Yes, we have an all-electric vehicle for eco-friendly travel.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and cash payments. For online bookings we can also accept Paypal.
  • How much do you charge?
    For most journeys the fare will be calculated by meter, which is regulated by Mid Devon Council - you can download this tariff here. You can also find a fare calculator on the home page which will give you an idea of what your journey will cost. For certain journeys we charge a fixed charge (which is less than the metered fare would be). For other journeys outside Mid Devon the cost is negotiable - please ask.
  • Can you provide a receipt?
    Yes of course. We can give you a written receipt, or if you pay by card we can provide one by email.
  • How do I book a taxi?
    ou can book a taxi through our website, by Whatsapp message, by email or by calling us on 0330 043 5796 (outside working hours you can leave a message). During working hours (Mon-Sat, 9am-7pm) we can take immediate bookings if available. Outside working hours you can request a booking for later (but please allow 12 hours notice if possible). Please provide your name, pickup location, destination, and preferred time.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
    Of course. If you need to cancel, you can do this online if you've booked through the website (up to 12 hours in advance). Otherwise please contact us by Whatsapp or phone on 0330 043 5796
